Fresh off the loss of Vincent Jackson to the Buccaneers, the Chargers have come to terms with Saints' free agent wide receiver Robert Meachem.
The deal is reportedly worth $25.9 million over four years, with $14 million of that guaranteed.
The Chargers have a nice young nucleus of receivers now in Meachem, Malcom Floyd, and Vincent Brown.
The man who many think is the top receiver on the market is no longer available.
